Organic vs Commercial Soaps and Lotions

What's the difference between soaps and lotions made by the big, commercial companies and a handcrafted, all natural, organic product?

FACT: The cosmetic industry IS NOT required by law to list their ingredients. (They are deemed Trade Secrets)

FACT: The cosmetic industry REGULATES itself with NO outside interference.

FACT: The government allows the word NATURAL and ORGANIC to be listed on products with no regulations as to what the word MEANS. This of course means that ANYONE can use those terms regardless of what their product actually contains.

NATURAL ingredients SHOULD mean that the product contains NO ARTIFICIAL, man made CHEMICAL components and hasn't, to any great degree, been altered by OVER PROCESSING.

When choosing products, wouldn't you rather go with a product that openly tells you what it contains and that promises and guaranties its natural ingredients?

  1. Dear Uff Da Company:
This morning I used your Shampoo Bar and did not use any cream rinse so that I could get a clear perspective on how your shampoo works. My hair and scalp has a very refreshed feeling as well as softness. I am looking forward to the use of your soaps especially the Tea Tree one with those healing ingredients. Hopefully we shall see you at many more Craft Sales. Thanks for providing such a quality product.
